This one one of the videos we looked at when we introduced a Loaded hot Honey Pepperoni to our menu. This video was an example of how not to do it. Now you have greasy, possibly wet, dough instead of the dough frying on the bottom from the pepperoni grease

I’ll say this every time, Tony Baloney’s does not make pizza, they make stoner or drunk food for when you’re high and have cravings for something. The owner even described the creation of their taco pizza as 3 drunk kids walked into their place asking for tacos.
I wouldn’t describe what they make as “pizza” but as comfort food, it’s ok.

The only problem is the pepperoni being at the top, it should be under some little cheese and get the cheese melted, so it gets ‘glued’ to the pizza, because it’ll fall all over the place when is topped like this….

Focaccia bread famously has blobs of olive oil on top of it before it’s baked.
It’s about how much oil is already in the dough and what kind.
And this is just an open faced sandwich with focaccia bread of sorts

Pink sauce, super greasy, extra orange sauce, it’s a pass for me. I’m not a cheese person, but they made that part look tasty and I appreciate that they were generous with the pepperonis.
